The following information is provided, as required by law, to help you understand our privacy policy and how we will handle and maintain confidential personal information as we fulfill our obligations to protect your privacy. “Personal information” refers to the nonpublic personal information obtained by Delp & Company in connection with carrying out our services.

Delp & Company collects Personal Information as part of our relationship to you, to provide client services and fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. The type of
information We collect may include:

  • Personal Information Delp & Company receives from you on forms and other information you provide to Us, in person, by telephone, electronically or by other
    means (such as name, address, Social Security number, profile documents, assets and income).
  • Personal Information you provide Delp & Company directly about your personal finances or personal circumstances or which We may receive from brokerage statements such as your account balances, trading activity, payment history and parties to transactions and investments or
  • Personal Information you authorize Delp & Company to receive such as employment, insurance, tax and legal planning, together with information concerning retirement plans, wills, trusts, mortgages, tax returns and employee benefits.
  • Any other Personal Information that may be obtained from other relationships that our clients may have with other professionals and providers such as accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, bankers, etc.

Information Disclosed In Administering Products and Services

Delp & Company will not disclose Personal Information about current or former clients to non-affiliated third parties except as permitted or required by law or with consent. Delp & Company may be obliged to share Personal Information to comply with reporting and other legal requirements as follows: (i) in furtherance of our business relationship with them and then only to those persons necessary to effect the transactions and provide the services that they authorize (such as broker-dealers, custodians, independent managers, etc.); (ii) to persons assessing our compliance with industry standards (e.g. professional licensing authorities, etc.); (iii) our attorneys, accountants, and auditors; or (iv) as otherwise provided by law.

Because we rely on certain third parties for services that enable us to provide our advisory services to you, such as our attorneys, auditors, other consultants, brokers, and custodians who, in the ordinary course of providing their services to, may require access to information, may share Personal information with such third parties. Delp & Company does not sell any Personal Information about you to any third party.

We are permitted by law to disclose Personal Information about you to governmental agencies and other third parties in certain circumstances (such as third parties that perform administrative services). These third parties are prohibited to use or share the information for any other purpose. If you decide at some point to either terminate our services or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to our privacy policy, as may be amended from time to time.

Personal Information we may share may include your name, address, social security number, assets, income, investment holdings and other financial information.

Delp & Company has procedures in place that limit access to Personal Information to those employees who need to know such information in order to perform business services. In addition, We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your Personal Information.

Delp & Company has also adopted the following policies in order to safeguard the NPPI of our clients in accordance with applicable law:

  1. Delp & Company is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of the Client Information it collects and will handle Personal Information about clients only in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. We shall ensure: (a) the security and confidentiality of client records and information; (b) that client records and information are protected from any anticipated threats and hazards; and (c) that unauthorized access to, or use of, client records or information is protected against. These security measures include computer safeguards.
  2. Delp & Company will maintain policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to safeguard Personal Information about clients and only permit appropriate and authorized access to, and use of, Personal Information about clients through the application of appropriate administrative, technical, and physical protections.
  3. Delp & Company shall not disclose any Personal Information about its clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law.

By disclosing your Personal Information to Delp & Company, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of this information by us in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and Notice.

Delp & Company will update its policy and procedures when necessary to ensure that your privacy is maintained.

Delp & Company may share client Personal Information with affiliated advisors.

If you follow links to third-party websites not affiliated or controlled by Delp & Company, you should review that third-party’s privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions, as they may be different from our Privacy Policies and Notice. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of these third-party websites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of their information.

Your Choices About Certain Uses and Disclosures of Client Information

The Gramm Leach Bliley Act of 1999, as may be amended from time-to-time, requires that Delp & Company give you the option to prohibit disclosure of your Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes, if We were to make such disclosures. This is referred to as your “opt-out” right. If you want your Personal Information to be disclosed for marketing purposes, you must either give us instructions to do so, or send us a written consent signed by you directing us to make such disclosures.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

In the event there were to be a material change to our privacy policy regarding how we use your Personal l Information, we will provide written notice to you. Where applicable, you would be given an opportunity to limit or opt-out of such disclosure arrangements.
